The girls started off the weekend tying Argentina Fresno 2-2, then moved on to beat Madrid Premier 8-0, and Central Coast Condors 1-0. The Pool Play results put them in the finals against California Magic (LMSC) G99 Flash. The Eagles team defeated California Magic 3-1 to win the San Luis Obispo North vs. South Summer Classic GU13 Black Bracket Championship. The Eagles, based in Camarillo and coached by Mike Braico, outscored their opponents 14 – 3 over the course of 4 games. The team includes players from Camarillo, Ventura, Moorpark, Agoura Hills and Thousand Oaks.
